Introduction

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you or your child are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, trauma, or simply navigating life’s ups and downs, I’m here to help. My name is DeLandra, and I have many years of experience supporting children, teens, young adults, and their families. I offer a personalized approach that addresses the unique challenges of each stage of life—from emotional regulation in young children to identity development in teens, managing the complexities of young adulthood, and navigating parenting challenges. My trauma-informed approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. I believe healing involves not just the mind, but also the body and soul, and I incorporate creative methods to support holistic healing. I’m passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health care and creating an inclusive, supportive space where everyone—especially those from marginalized communities—feels seen and heard. Whether you’re working through trauma, experiencing life transitions, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.
