I aim to provide an inclusive and affirming space, not limited to, LGBTQIA + community, BIPOC individuals, and other marginalized groups. I have developed a range of therapeutic skills and techniques that allow me to adapt to your individual needs. I am well versed in Eating Disorders, Trauma, PTSD, Life Transitions, Neurodivergent, Difficult Family dynamic, Couples (monogamous, non-monogamous, and LGBTQIA+) and Domestic Violence.
