Introduction

Before we get started, let me explain to you a little bit about who I am and what I do. I am a mental health counseling intern for the clinic and will be graduating with my masters degree in December. I have been in the mental health field for 2 years. My focus has been working with children diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and ADHD as well as working with adult survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, don't suffer in silence.
