Introduction

THERAPY IS WEIRD, AND GOOD Since third grade I was recognized as a helper. I was selected for a Peer Mediation program being implemented in my school. I still remember my little 8-year-old self, sitting in the elementary school gym, learning about communication and conflict resolution techniques. Through personal experience, education and ongoing training I have continued to strengthen my passion for helping others. I hope to make a difference in your life through thoughtful, personable, and genuine care for your well-being.
