My name is Deidre Bonarrigo, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years’ experience working in the mental health field. I practice virtual mental health therapy, reaching clients in various private settings of their choosing. My focus is helping clients with Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and life transitions. I am also certified as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, (CCATP) and Dialectical Behavior Therapist, (DBT). I provide psychoeducation, introduce new skills, establish attainable goals, and sustainable strategies to overcome barriers to live a purposeful life.
