Introduction

I believe the entirety of the individual is affected when facing the challenges of mental health disorders, chronic illness and/or substance use. Your life may be affected in many ways including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use and grief. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR and DBT techniques with a focus on self-care and mindfulness to encourage healing; culminating a collaborative, holistic therapeutic approach in working with individuals to thrive throughout their journey. I have extensive experience with counseling individuals affected by diagnoses, such as PTSD, Substance Use, Depression and Anxiety focusing on coping techniques and psycho-educational needs in my treatment approach. As a parent of a child affected by ASD, I also provide Autism parent/caregiver coaching support, thus deepening the parent/child relationship. It is my mission to provide support to individuals facing various life struggles and guide towards experiencing trauma healing. Many people experience trauma, anxiety and/or depression at varying points in their life journeys.
