I use a depth approach to therapy in which I work from the inside out to help you find inner healing that is lasting. I also integrate EMDR, CBT and DBT into treatment in order to help clients work on coping with symptoms and trauma. I use an integrative approach with couples using EFT and developmental couples therapy.
