Introduction

Do you often feel as though no one understands what you’re feeling? Are you having a hard time trusting others? Allow me to join you on your journey and to provide you with a positive, supportive and therapeutic space to balance the stressors consuming your everyday lives. I specialize in substance use disorder for the past 15 years counseling clients who received medication assistance treatment such as suboxone, Subutex, and methadone. Also, I specialize in couple’s therapy. I have experience with DSS clients, family issues, children, teenagers, young adults, incarcerated individuals, and those with mental health issues. I understand that it is not easy to reach out for help, but reaching out is the first step to self-awareness. You cannot change the problem if you do not acknowledge that the problem exist.
