Introduction

I provide focused and engaged therapeutic sessions to assist you in reclaiming your resolve from the battering of the storm. If your world has been turned upside down, anxiety and grief holds you back, talk therapy alone seems inadequate for your experiences; but, you are willing to apply yourself towards reaching your goal, and are interested in the use of creative expression within therapy session in order to propel yourself forward, then we will make a great fit! I assist my clients in reassessing their experiences, reclaiming their hope, restructuring their goals, and resolving their values so that, they can feel more empowered, confident, resilient, and hopeful. Optional counseling techniques are available and consist of the following: CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), EMDR, Expressive Creative Arts Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Christian Counseling, and/or Talk Therapy. I have received mentorship with MVPN (Military Veteran Peer Network), consultations with Strong Star Initiative, and education from The University of North Texas in Denton. In addition, I have the unique insight into the emotional and mental challenges of Veterinary Medicine from having worked as a Veterinary Technician for 7 years. Speaking engagements OR individual and group sessions for adults. Military, Veteran, Chaplain, and First-Responder, Veterinary Medicine cultural competency. Alone, you’ve weathered the storm. Join me to anchor your concerns, create your calm, and process the memories that have capsized your serenity…reclaim your hope!
