Introduction

We all know that one size does not fit all. I started Hope Reins to make therapy innovative and action oriented so you can see change happening in your life. We combine the best of neuroscience with compassionate care in a way that makes sense to even the children we see. We know that our brains can recover, heal and actually change for the better. We are located on a beautiful 20 acre ranch with ponds, oak trees, frogs, turtles and a variety of other animals! We offer equine assisted psychotherapy, creative arts therapy, cognitive approaches, Christian Counseling and traditional trauma informed psychotherapy approaches for clients of all ages. We can walk and talk... or sit inside our beautiful gazebo by the pond or work with the horses. We offer more playful approaches for our younger clients, utilizing toys, swings, animal therapy, nature paths and equine assisted psychotherapy. While we understand the science and principles of change we are not the experts of you! In everything we do we will listen to you. Whether you are looking to be free of depression or anxiety or desire to feel confident and fulfilled in your life and relationships, we are committed to making that happen. We have over 30 years of providing trauma informed and family focused innovative and effective therapy. Our goal is to listen, affirm and offer practical help so you can feel hope again and see change happen.
