Debra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over 26 years experience in the mental health field. Her specialities include working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression and mood disorders. She enjoys helping college age students as well as women through various life transitions. She also helps people work through grief and loss issues. Debra helps clients identify and change their perceptions to foster a new awareness so they move towards better self-esteem, healthier coping strategies and more positive relationships. "My mission is to help people live an authentic life with integrity. I want to help people find their way to being balanced in Mind, Body and Spirit." Debra received a B.S. in Biology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and an MSW Degree from Aurora University.
