Introduction

Regardless of our age, life can be incredibly overwhelming at times. Whether you're 2 or 92, there are going to be times that feel especially overwhelming. I have helped many clients of all ages work through a variety of challenges. Whether it be life changes, anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, addiction recovery or any number of other situations, I am there to help you through. I take an Adlerian approach to therapy, meaning that I look for those mistaken thought patterns that have developed overtime. Ones that are so ingrained and habitual that you may not even know they are there, and I help you to address them and change them. I use talk therapy as well as expressive arts and sand tray therapy. Often in life, we can feel alone and that we are carrying the weight of the world on our shoulders. You are not alone, I'm here to help. Whether you are a parent seeking play therapy for your child, or an adult seeking therapy for yourself, I'm happy to work with all ages.
