Thanks for the bravery to reach out for help! Even if I am not a good fit for you, it's my mission to always provide something helpful, because I understand how tiring it is to work on mental health issues. I am a LMHC in WA state and a LPC in Oklahoma. I have experience with individual, families, and children's counseling, but am currently only offering Telehealth.
