I am a licensed Social Worker with more than 20 years’ experience treating adults, couples and families. I have an interest and expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. I am a strong advocate for my clients. My style is supportive and interactive. I approach individuals with warmth and good humor, and try to bring those qualities to the therapeutic relationship. Training, experience and expertise are all important, but ultimately the healing factor in therapy depends upon the relationship between the client and therapist.
