Deborah Popper is a Licensed Social Worker with experience in the nonprofit industry for the past 10 years. She has worked with children, young adults, and families with a heavy focus on behavioral issues, depression and anxiety. She believes in creating a safe place for her clients, to express their needs and the goals that they have for themselves. She focuses heavily on modalities that are inclusive of mindfulness, CBT, and talk therapy. Deborah’s primary specialties are anxiety, attachment issues, self-esteem, depression and life transitions. Deborah has experience in play therapy, mindfulness and learning more and more about CBT. She has worked with children as young as kindergarten and with seniors as old as 85 years old. She tries to build relationships with anyone by sitting down and introducing herself. One of her biggest passions is simply creating a relationship and to help people in any way that she can!
