Introduction

Hi and welcome. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who has been in practice for over 15 years. I emphasize a compassionate, collaborative, and empathic approach to assessment and therapy. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space that facilitates authenticity and exploration. I view therapy as a space to gain increased self-awareness and insight while also developing psychological and behavioral skills to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to provide treatment that is compassionate, based in science, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each of my clients. I have specialized training and extensive experience in working with adults who have experienced various forms of trauma and/or have posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I am trained in providing evidence-based treatments including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for adults with trauma-related disorders.
