Welcome! For over 25 years, I have been working with folks struggling with anxiety, depression and substance abuse grow in their capacity to heal and change. I specialize in mindfulness based practices, cognitive behavioral therapy with a holistic approach. Developing nonjudgemental awareness and mindful based strategies inherently grows our capacity to challenge and change unproductive patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviors to create long term sustainable change. I am passionate about teaching skills that can shift folks from an unsteady, busy mind to settling into the self with kindness, inner listening and confidence. In addition to my work as a therapist, I facilitate workshops in mindfulness, stress reduction, organize within communities and teach yoga.
