Life sometimes can feel overwhelming. We can find ourselves wondering how we got to where we are and feel disconnected from the people around us and ourselves. There are many messages of how we should be, look, and act that we constantly feel like we are failing. The good news is that you don’t always have to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or like a failure. There is a way to feel confident, peaceful, and feel good about who you are. I have worked with teens and young adults for a decade to overcome their challenges and love the person they are. I utilize a strength-based, solution-focused approach to therapy. I also am trained in EMDR and have experience working with individuals experiencing PTSD and trauma, anxiety, and depression.
