Introduction

Hi! I’m committed to helping people learn how to build a healthier relationship with themselves. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors and habits, and negative beliefs and thoughts. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help you reach your goals; I'll walk alongside you on the journey. As a 26 year veteran, 'military brat', and wife to a veteran I understand many aspects of military service. I have spent the past year plus working with First Responders and military...serving those who serve is one of my passions. I believe life happens to us all. Sometimes the road is difficult and the path gets covered with ‘life’s debris’. It can get hard to see the way clearly; I'm here to help you find ways to clear that path some so those life goals can be more clearly realized. If you are looking for honest, genuine therapy based in proven therapeutic interventions and tailored to you and your needs, reach out for an initial session or a FREE 15 minute consultation.
