Introduction

My areas of focus are adult women and trauma. Trauma in all it's forms leaves an imprint on us that can affect the way we navigate life, relationships and everyday stress. My own traumatic journey has been one of brokenness and countless losses. I am a survivor of addiction, divorce, physical and sexual abuse, miscarriage, religious and spiritual abuse and more recently cancer, When I tell you I can identify with what you are going through, it is grounded in my own personal experience. I would be honored to join you in your journey with this encouragement, you are more resilient and more loved than you know. EDUCATION MA, Clinical Pastoral Counselor, Colorado Theological Seminary.
