I was inspired to become a therapist after traveling my own road to healing and wholeness. My purpose is to pay forward the powerful knowledge I received from my therapists over the years. I don't ask my clients to do anything I haven't utilized myself because I know it works! I am an EMDR therapist, trained in 5 different protocols. I utilize CBT and MBCT, combining an awareness of one's thoughts and physical presence to change that inner dialogue to something that is positive and helpful. Our thoughts determine how we feel and our feelings impact our choices in the moment. EMDR addresses those inner wounds, no matter how old, and brings healing.
