Introduction

I am a skilled, compassionate, and caring psychotherapist. In my practice, I offer a warm, caring, and safe place to address a wide range of issues and experiences. I can help you to identify your own strengths, values, and goals so that you can live a more fulfilling life. I have more than fifteen years of practice experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with relationship issues, parenting issues, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, and many other life challenges. The therapeutic approaches that I use include psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, person-centered, supportive, and solutions focused. One of the most important predictors of successful therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist.
