For over ten years, I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults navigating various life challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional regulation difficulties, first-generation issues, and other stressors limiting mental health outcomes. My therapeutic approach takes into account the many identities we embody as well as how society and culture impact mental health.
 
 The ability to utilize my clinical background, knowledge, skills, and warm approach to nourish clients’ transformation from distress to confidence and contentment, brings me great humility and satisfaction. Everyone deserves to be acknowledged, to find their voice, and to live an enriching and fulfilling life.
