Many individuals suffer silently when overwhelmed, anxious, depressed or struggle with deeper issues that affect relationships, family, work and daily living. There is hope, acceptance, compassion and healing in therapy. I work closely with individuals who have complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and relational issues. I am passionate about journeying with each client as they cultivate restored balance to their lives and rediscover purpose, meaning and joy.
