Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed, irritated or like you just don’t measure up? Do you long to feel confident, secure, and calm even when life isn’t perfect? Do you wish you could handle life’s twists and turns knowing that you will be able to effectively navigate the journey? Maybe your tired of having the same argument with the same people or repeating the same patterns. It takes courage to look at our habits and break the ones that are no longer serving us. Many people struggle with feeling like they just don’t cut it or they can’t flow with the challenges that life brings them. If you’re feeling like you lost your sense of who you are and are longing to reconnect with it; you might have decided that it’s time to talk to someone outside of your inner circle. Together, we can do the work to get you on the path you want to be on and watch the journey unfold. I’m Debbie and my greatest joy as a therapist is to see people overcome their challenges or tell me how much things have changed for them. There is no greater success than to joke with someone and say, “remember when you didn’t believe things could get better”. I am here to help you break the cycle of feeling like you are secretly failing. Together we can work towards you living a more authentic life and having a healthy relationship with yourself. You’ll get to show up as yourself and totally OWN it! The people in your life will notice the changes and begin to respect your boundaries. I would love to help you find your joy again. I invite you to reach out for a free phone consultation to make our connection.
