Introduction

Debb is a strengths based, client centered, trauma informed therapist who works with children, adolescents, teens, adults, couples and families. She utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing in her eclectic trauma informed, somatic therapeutic approach. She supports clients around anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, emotional regulation including anger management. In Debb's spare time offers veterans a safe and supportive coffee hour on the first and third Friday and the 3rd Saturday of each month from 8-9:30am at the Farmer's & Merchant's State Bank, 550 West Tyranena Park Road, Lake Mills, WI. We also host Coffee with Veterans Johnson Creek Style at the Rainbow Hospice Inpatient Center, 1224 Remmel Dr,, Johnson Creek. Or come join us on the 3rd Monday of the month at the Cambridge Market Cafe from 8-9:30am. NOTE: No 2nd Friday Coffee with Veterans in Johnson Creek or the Saturday, Lake Mills Coffee with Veterans in January, February or March. We will start those two back up in April 2025.
