I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson and a B.S. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University. I specialize in trauma and faith-based counseling with young and middle-aged adults. I consider myself a holistic and integrative practitioner using a variety of techniques to customize treatment to my client’s individual needs. I see my client as a whole person, by taking into consideration the six dimensions of their wellness: emotional, physical, occupational, spiritual, social and intellectual health. I have a passion for working on unresolved trauma, mindset work, emotional regulation, creating loving relationships beginning with yourself, personal development, childhood wounds, growing spiritually, and working towards stability, happiness and fulfillment. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Reality Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy within my practice which enables client’s growth towards cognitive restoration, accountability, positive perceptions, confidence, acceptance and purpose. In my free time I enjoy traveling, hiking, running, backpacking, camping, reading, cooking and spending quality time with my friends, family and animals.
