Introduction

I am a licensed CMHC, CTMH , CCTP (Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Tele Mental Health Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional). I am an experienced trauma-informed care provider who has provided trauma informed care to adults, adolescents, and children. I have been a certified DV provider. I work with couples as a therapist with Gottman level 1 training. I have worked with families focused on reunification efforts. I take an integrated approach to therapy. My approach is a combination of Client-Centered, CBT, Experiential, and Systems approaches. I offer in person (office), telehealth and Walk and Talk sessions. MBS Wellness is expanding and offering the following groups in 2024: 1) Connecting with You (a group for parents of children & teens with ADD/ADHD & defiant behaviors) 2) Empowered Women (a Mom Support group) 3) Men's group, 4) Breaking the Chains (based on the work of Tian Dayton, PhD), from relationship trauma to resilience & balance. 5} Connections of the Mind, Body, & Spirit, 6) NOJOS level 2 group 7) Pathways for Parents (a group for parents of teens court ordered into specialized therapy).
