I also provide support for women navigating perfectionism and life changes, caregiver burnout, traumatic/sudden loss, anticipatory grief, and those raised in non-traditional families. Additionally, I work closely with individuals in high-performing, highly stressful careers. I believe that the most impactful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I take the time to truly get to know you and tailor our work to fit your unique needs and goals. Having personally experienced grief and caregiving as a young person, I understand the weight of these experiences. I also like to throw humor into my work when appropriate. I understand how isolating and terrifying it can feel when life seems out of control. It can feel hopeless and consuming. In therapy, I aim to guide you in trusting yourself to navigate experiences that may seem unsurvivable at times. While we can't change the bad things that happen, we can learn to harness our own strengths and resilience to survive them.
