Our mental health and wellness have been a lifetime passion of mine, and for the past 10 years, I have worked in a variety of settings helping others. I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. In my experience, I came to believe that mental health challenges are rooted in beliefs (caused from emotional distress) that we picked up and kept along the way to keep us surviving. In turn, this means that we can find what beliefs and patterns keep us from accessing our true authentic self. Deep down we know these behaviors are not working, we just need a trusted source to help us find out why and that is when we can heal.
