Introduction

Greetings! As a Holistic Psychotherapist, I am passionate and intentional about creating safe spaces for you to be better known + fully you. With genuine care and concern for your overall well being, I ask the right questions that help you understand where you are, why you are there, and how to get you to where you want to go. One of the approaches I use is the Biopsychosocial/spiritual approach, which goes beyond traditional methods of therapy. It addresses the whole person by identifying the interconnectedness of the physical, cognitive, interpersonal, spiritual, and environmental factors versus sole focus on an isolated symptom. Focusing on all parts of you allows us to address the blockages to maximize your ultimate potential in life. Client's describe me as "intentional, empathic, easy to connect with, knowledgeable, insightful, calm, gentle, attune, friendly, approachable, non judgemental, and coach to name a few. In working together, it is my aim that you gain a corrective emotional experience, hope restored, and your perspective renewed as you process through life's challenges. My experience consists of: over 15 years in the field of Counseling and Psychology, Premarital Education, Marriage Counseling and Consulting, Christian Sex Therapy, Training and Assessing Ministry leaders, and Group Work. I've acquired a lot of skills and certifications along the way; including Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor, Seminar Director for Prepare -Enrich, Certified Professional Life Coach, Emotional IQ and Relationship Coach, and Integrative Medicine Coaching. In my free time I love to be with my husband and two girls, listen to music, watch Korean shows, listen to comedy, eat, workout, and have tea :)
