Introduction

De Ella is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree. She has worked with clientele from varying backgrounds and differing in ages. She offers daytime and early afternoon appointments. She has experience working with children, adolescents, emerging (young) adults and ages beyond. De Ella is currently accepting individuals at this location for tele-health, in-office and/or hybrid mental health therapy services for clients that are 10+ years old through adulthood. Areas of focus include: anxiety, depression, PTSD, and reducing self-shaming belief patterns by building self-esteem and confidence in the client's strengths and resiliency. During the therapy process, services are approached primarily from a solutions-focused and strengths-based perspective, while utilizing mindfulness strategies and cognitive-behavioral techniques. She is trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR strategies as well. De Ella has worked with families who home school, and she also has knowledge in helping students of any age navigate academic challenges and achievements. Particularly for neuro-diverse thinkers, and those who may be struggling with traits of ADHD, Dyslexia and/or Dysgraphia. She has an extensive history of helping individuals who are dealing with the effects and long-term impact of childhood traumas; in both youth and adult clients. De Ella has additionally studied areas of shame resilience, attachment theory with inner-child work, and has trained in becoming an ally to marginalized populations and communities. She is dedicated to meeting clients where they are at in the healing process and helping clients find their inner strengths and perseverance in the challenges they've experienced.
