Her philosophy is holistic, integrative, and collaborative. Daysha’s therapeutic approach includes narrative, existential, mindful self-compassion, REBT, and EMDR techniques. Daysha also incorporates guided meditations and wellness rituals as part of her therapeutic practice. Daysha’s practice focuses on working with adult individuals.
