Introduction

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of working with individuals and families in social work. In addition to working with adults, I also have extensive experience working with children and adolescents in developing healthy coping skills and learning healthy ways of expressing emotion. My therapeutic approach centers around Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy, Solution Focused and Emotionally Focused Therapy. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavior modification, stress management and addiction. We all need help navigating through this thing called "life."
