Introduction

Hello, my name is Day Charles, and I am a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, and a Certified Telemental Health Provider. I have over 10 years of experience in mental health. If you are suffering from stress, anxiety, or depression, need to overcome low self-esteem and discover your authentic self, or you are seeking support as you navigate a life transition, you are in the right place. I also specialize in parent coaching, grief and loss, and management of ADHD symptoms (adults and children). Using a person-centered approach means that I believe in your goals, I collaborate with you to develop a plan of action, and I partner with you as we work towards achieving your goals. I believe that anyone can benefit from counseling as counseling is meant to coach, guide, and encourage you as you find the path to wellness that is best for you. My goal is to offer you a safe space where you feel heard and understood. As we work through the challenging symptoms that are holding you back, I will encourage you to recognize your resiliency by highlighting your strengths and unique gifts. I look forward to partnering with you in your journey towards cultivating the life you deserve!
