Dawn provides individual and small group “body-mind-heart” based (YT) therapy for all ages. She leads regular yoga, somatic and therapeutic based classes such as Yoga in the Yard, Sound Baths, Reset & Restore, The Magic of Mindfulness and Meditation and Super Me Saturdays for Children. She is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), certified Functional Yoga Therapist, LifeForce Yoga for Anxiety, Depression and Yoga instructor, Sound Healer, certified Mindfulness in Schools educator and a licensed educator. Dawn’s clinical interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and Autism Spectrum. Dawn brings her personal experience working in public education for over 30 years to the clinical setting. Dawn has experience helping children and families learn strategies for self-regulation. She enjoys providing professional development and working with educators looking to learn more about how to meet student needs when trauma or dysregulation walks into the classroom. Dawn believes that healing occurs within the body-mind-heart system. Dawn is LGBTQIA+ affirming. When Dawn isn’t doing clinical work, you can find her outside spending time with her family and friends on the lake and paddle boarding!
