I have extensive experience guiding adults and children toward their mental health goals. My goal is to help you be the best version of yourself. Whether the challenges you face are related to coping in times of stress, executive functioning, depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, or parenting strategies, I offer individual counseling that focuses on your strengths. My approach is based partly on the principles of solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. However, each individual is different and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We will work collaboratively to help you achieve your personal goals in the best way that works for you. Building a relationship with your counselor is the priority to make sure you can feel comfortable to be open and honest.
