Thank you for visiting my site. I am a behavioral health therapist of 15 years. I am trained as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I use and am training in Internal Family Systems. I have a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am also trained in Somatic Resilience and Regulation, Touch Skills and Transforming the Experience-Based Brain. These training include touch as a component to healing. I enjoy nature walks, reading and my Tae Kwon Do classes.
