Introduction

From an Adlerian approach, I want to help encourage and empower clients to use their strengths to attain their goals. I incorporate mindfulness awareness such as breathing and grounding techniques. I also specialize in sand-tray therapy-an effective intervention that helps clients better articulate their past trauma, feelings and emotions, and has been powerful in the healing of depression, grief, addiction, and anxiety in teens and adults. Our counseling center offers an Intensive Outpatient Program for substance abuse, to include individual and group counseling. Finally, I encourage the client to lead their own sessions to heal. I can help you to identify and process negative emotions and feelings, that often lead to unhealthy choices and behaviors. Together, we can collaborate a treatment plan that can help you thrive and live a more purposeful and meaningful life. The power of Sandtray therapy can be an impactful tool towards your healing.
