Social scientists know that humans are relational creatures, and happier and more productive when relationships are healthy. I chose a profession in Marriage and Family Therapy because I am passionate about helping people understand the dynamics in their relationships and how to improve them. Much of my work focuses on targeting ineffective beliefs and behaviors that impact our view of ourselves and our relationships. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals as well teaching practice tools for communicating and resolving conflict. I love teaching about healthy connections in relationships, and am interested in working with individuals, couples and families, participating in workshops, speaking engagements, and podcasts. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an email or make an appointment request.
