Introduction

As a Christian with almost 20 years of clinical experience in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have found that life is a journey filled by twists and turns. These experiences can either imprison us or be the learning opportunities that empower us to reach new levels of growth. This journey requires courage—the choice to remain on a familiar path or to embrace the adventure of change. Christian counseling offers tools, support, and empowerment for this adventure! I would be honored to join you there. Over the years, I have come alongside a wide variety of clients in therapeutic work, ranging in age from adolescent to geriatric, undertaking concerns such as depression, anxiety, panic, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, grief, addictions, relational problems, & the difficult transitions of life. Foundational areas such as faith decisions, life & career choices, identity and self-worth, & spiritual formation are also of keen interest in my therapeutic collaboration. I practice a faith-led collaborative strengths-based approach that draws from solid biblical & clinical foundations, including trauma-informed systemic thinking & various practical skills from CBT, DBT, & solution-focused models woven together through the lens of Attachment Theory and Internal Family Systems. Together, we can explore options to help you take the next steps on your journey to well-being. 19+ years Clinical Experience Certified Clinical Trauma Professional EMDR Provider Health & Wellness Coach
