Introduction

Welcome, and thank you for taking your time to connect with someone for help with your mental health! This is a brave first step and one that I would like to recognize up front. I am excited you are taking time to look at my page and see if together we can take this journey. Therapy is beneficial to many, however not everyone is ready or prepared to engage in seeking professional assistance. That is absolutely fine. When we find ourselves looking for someone to listen, I am here providing a comfortable and judgement free environment encouraging your growth. It is okay to not feel okay! To quote Carl Jung, “We don't get wounded alone and we don't heal alone.” It is okay to not feel okay! As we walk this path of life, we experience a multitude of issues that are often difficult to face alone. The beauty of the human experience is that we all go through feelings that sometimes we need help processing, such as depression, grief, trauma, substance use, and family issues. YOU are the architect of your life, I am excited to be there with you, while you build YOUR life's journey. Areas of specialties: Trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, family and adjustment issues, with First responders, active and non-active military, persons with disabilities, as well as their families and caregivers. I welcome adults, adolescents, children, families, and couples.
