Dawn DiCicco LCSW, BCD, has been working in the field of co-occurring disorders in the residential treatment community for 26 years. She thrives in both managerial and clinical positions, holding a variety of roles including; Primary Therapist, Family Therapist, Counseling Specialist, Director of Family Services and Senior Clinical Director. Dawn is a consummate professional, developing relationships with industry leaders allowing her to offer the best care possible to the individuals and families she serves. Her experience as a senior manager allows her to provide expert supervision for the developing clinician. Dawn excels in assisting families in identifying their individual and collective concerns, helping each member make a plan to create effective change. There is so much hope created when a family chooses to address the concerns occurring together. Dawn has been successful in guiding families around healthy boundaries, effective communication and self care.
