I am passionate about working alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with those who experience depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I also work with individuals who have experienced trauma or challenging life transitions. I work from a strengths-based framework where I will listen to your story, validate your experiences, respond with warmth and empathy, and collaborate with you on making desired changes. My approach is client-centered and I draw from many therapeutic approaches depending on what you are seeking. You may have been through hardships or are currently experiencing hardships. Sometimes this can disrupt our relationship with ourselves and others, our ability to function day-to-day, or achieve our goals. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the core of resolving issues, therefore, it is important that you feel seen and understood. My goal is to create a safe space where clients can become curious about themselves to deepen their knowledge of their inner world and therefore strengthen their sense of self in relation to others. By identifying and expanding already existing strengths, we will work toward building an empowered and meaningful life.
