Introduction

Davida Vaughn, LPC believes that authenticity is where freedom lives. And living authentically is hard. Sure, everyone has a unique kind of hard, but it’s hard all the same. Therapy isn’t about something that's broken. It's about unlocking the authentic person within you. Sans the fake. Absent the forced or ignored. Healed of torn places from past pain or present strife. Therapy is about you, really. Maybe you're struggling with debilitating anxiety, relationship issues, spirituality concerns, or that thick and lingering cloud of depression. Maybe you have persistent and distressing doubts or fears, or repetitive behaviors that you feel are taking over your life. Whatever your hard is, you aren't alone. Hardships occur, and psychological distress is real. I know first hand what getting free looks like, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I know what it means to help other people get free, too. Specializing in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and conditions associated with OCD (OC-Related Disorders), I am no stranger to the persistence of our thoughts, or the power of our fears. Anxiety disorders. Mood disorders. Phobias. Marriage and relationship issues--I am here to help you find freedom. I serve all persons, regardless of racial, gender, sexual or religious identities.
