Introduction

Having issues with love, sex, or intimacy? We should talk. Whether you're currently alone or in a relationship, love, sex, and intimacy are central and powerful sources of joy and satisfaction in our lives--so when it's not working, the pain and frustration can be just as powerful. Even though everyone has sexuality and intimacy concerns sometimes, they are deeply personal and often scary, and not every therapist has the training and experience to address them. There is no single way to be sexually healthy, and we will work collaboratively to help with problems while still respecting the vulnerable feelings that can make talking about it uncomfortable. My approach is active, non-shaming, sex-positive and strengths-based. That means that we will leverage the strengths you already bring with you to create the changes you're looking for. If that approach resonates for you, give a call. I provide a free brief consultation so you can decide if you think we're a good fit.
