Introduction

The path to health and wellness is different for each of us. Having a safe space to process our experiences and emotions can be the pivotal turning point we need to gain the satisfaction, and fulfillment we so desperately crave. While every journey is unique, the desired goal is generally universal: implementing meaningful change toward a deeper awareness of ourselves as we navigate life's challenges. Together, we can find your path and walk it together. My therapy style is reflective, warm, and attentive, as I work directly with the client to determine the best course of action that will illicit the changes necessary to reach the desired outcome. Authenticity and increased self awareness are my signs that the therapeutic process is conducive to the healing, and processing necessary to ignite this powerful change. I work with individuals, aged 12+, with specialization in anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and substance use.
