Extensive experience providing therapy and supervision within mental health agencies, community mental health centers, and inpatient hospitals since entering the profession in 2013. Core faculty and teaching clinical counseling courses at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, having also taught at Seton Hall University and Oklahoma City University. Winner of the 2021 Excellence in Teaching Award from the OKCU Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning. Member of the American Counseling Association and Oklahoma Counseling Association. Primary areas of focus and clinical experience are relief from emotional hardships, trauma, grief, relationship/family issues, attachment, insecurities, suicidality, self-harm, diversity and inclusion, matters of identity and gender, and problematic substance use. In-person sessions are available at my Oklahoma City office and virtual sessions are available as well.
