Introduction

Welcome. I'm a neurodivergent psychologist who excels in working with neurodiverse (autistism/ASD, ADHD, learning abilities, etc.) clients as well as Christian men who are confused, stuck, and lost. I focus on helping you restore a healthier relationship with yourself and others. This work often starts with identifying who you are, what you need, and what's missing. We then develop a plan and set goals to help you get where you want to go. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with adjusting to a neurodivergent diagnosis, anxiety, depression, career confusion, addiction, and relationship challenges. My work blends person-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, gestalt, trauma-informed and motivational interviewing approaches to help heal your body, soul, and spirit. I enjoy helping others on their journey to healing and transformation. Please don't hesitate to reach out for an initial consultation.
