Introduction

We are all natural storytellers. The stories we create about ourselves and our experiences shape how we understand our lives and the world around us. These stories can offer us comfort and strength, but at times, they may also bring distress or hold us back from living the life we desire. When we feel stuck in these limiting stories, we can feel hopeless. But together, we can explore these stories—how they’ve impacted you and what they mean. Through this process, we’ll work to shape new stories that reflect your values, strengths, and hopes for the future—your preferred stories. I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals from diverse backgrounds. I strive to create a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and celebrated. My hope is to provide you with an affirming, supportive environment where we can collaborate to develop stories that empower you. Currently, I offer individual counseling and therapy via telehealth to adults (ages 18+) living in Pennsylvania.
